At Rating Bio we evaluate, measure and quantify your environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance to reflect your organisation's commitment to a more sustainable future. In addition, the ratings are designed to drive continuous organisational improvement.
These standards set out the requirements for organisations that voluntarily wish to acquire a Rating Bio sustainability rating and communicate the organisation's sustainability.
A sustainability rating is an informed opinion on the environmental, social and governance situation of a company.
The aim is to be able to help the company gain knowledge, strengthen transparency, serve as a universal benchmark, evaluate and demonstrate commitment to sustainability.
It is neither an absolute guarantee nor an indicator, but it is a crucial tool for consumers and stakeholders in the decision-making process.

We rely on 68 criteria, 61 of which have been defined by TRAVALYST; a not-for-profit global coalition of some of the biggest brands in travel and technology. Travalyst aims to bring sustainability information to the mainstream to help people make more informed travel choices. Travalyst's criteria is defined under five categories: Energy, Waste, Water, Biodiversity & Ecosystems, and Destination & Community.
